It was a good run, but Union Mine unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Liberty Ranch Hawks, falling 61-39. Union Mine lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Adriana Cavallaro, who went 7 for 15 on her way to 18 points. Another player making a difference was Kamdyn Keeler, who posted seven points and five steals.

Union Mine's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-12. As for Liberty Ranch, the victory was the 17th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-2.

Argonaut will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Union Mine surely won't give up without a fight.
