Basketball Recap: Montbello Comes Up Short

Montbello lost against Littleton two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Montbello Warriors were beaten by the Littleton Lions 76-26. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Montbello is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6. As for Littleton, they pushed their record up to 4-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Montbello will venture away from home to challenge Pomona at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Pomona is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.1 points per game this season. After both having extra time off, Littleton and Pueblo South will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
