Volleyball Recap: Dexter Falls Short Against Ranked Adrian

Dexter faced Adrian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Dreadnaughts fell 2-0 to the Maples. The Dreadnaughts' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14.

Dexter's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Adrian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dexter is set to face off against their familiar foe Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Adrian will challenge rival Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
