Basketball Recap: Cape Hatteras Hurricanes vs. Camden County Bruins
Cape Hatteras lost against Camden County back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cape Hatteras Hurricanes had to suffer through a 82-32 loss at the hands of the Camden County Bruins.
Despite the loss, Cape Hatteras still got an impressive performance from Trae Wyatt, who went 7 for 13 en route to 20 points. The dominant performance also gave Wyatt a new career-high in threes (two).
Camden County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Antwan Hughes out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Xzavior Wiggins, who had 18 points plus six rebounds and two steals.
Cape Hatteras' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
