They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the LaBrae Vikings. That's two games in a row now that Pymatuning Valley have lost by just one goal.

Pymatuning Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-3. As for LaBrae, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7-2.

Pymatuning Valley has already played their next match, a 5-1 loss against Grand Valley on the 30th. As for LaBrae, they will challenge Waterloo at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
