Football Recap: Manchester Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Manchester and Napoleon, and Napoleon kept the tradition alive. The Flying Dutchmen took a hard 24-8 fall against the Pirates on Friday. The Flying Dutchmen were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Manchester now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Napoleon, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Manchester will face off against rival Leslie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Napoleon is set to square off against their familiar foe Grass Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
