Football Recap: Moriah Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Moriah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost to the Saranac Spartans at home by a 32-14 margin. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Moriah's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Saranac, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Moriah is set to square off against their familiar foe Plattsburgh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Saranac will take on rival AuSable Valley at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
