Dimond faced Chugiak in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Lynx came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The Lynx haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Dimond's offense was headlined by Anayah Sila and Ailafo Fautanu, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Puao Asailevai and her 17 assists. Sila was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Dimond's victory bumped their record up to 26-9-1. As for Chugiak, with the defeat, they broke their four-match winning streak and moved their record to 26-12-1.

Dimond wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against South Anchorage on the 25th. As for Chugiak, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Colony on the 25th.
