Crystal River came out on top against Citrus on Wednesday thanks in part to Violet Flynn's efforts. Flynn wasn't messing around, striking out 16 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. The pitching appearance was her fourth straight with one or fewer earned runs.
