Basketball Recap: Orlando Christian Prep Piles Up the Points Against Lake Mary Prep

With a playoff win on the line, Orlando Christian Prep rose to the challenge on Monday. They blew past the Lake Mary Prep Griffins 68-32. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-18.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Orlando Christian Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Esaie Cenescar, who went 5 of 6 on his way to 10 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave Cenescar a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eric Noblin, who went 5 for 9 en route to 13 points.

Orlando Christian Prep's win bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Lake Mary Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11.

Orlando Christian Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-45 defeat against Central Florida Christian Academy on the 4th. Lake Mary Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
