Basketball Recap: Annapolis Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Annapolis extended their home winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Mckenzie Fuller. The Annapolis Panthers took down Crofton 69-52 on Friday thanks in part to Fuller, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and ten boards. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Audrey Skinner, who posted 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Skinner is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least three every time she's taken the court this season.

Annapolis' record is now 11-1. As for Crofton, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3.

Annapolis and Crofton should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings. Annapolis (ranked 22nd) will meet Glen Burnie (ranked 204th) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Annapolis is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.5 points per game this season. Similarly, Crofton will square off against Arundel on Tuesday up 178 places (69 vs. 247).
