Basketball Recap: White Oak Vikings vs. West Carteret Patriots
White Oak waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They escaped with a win against the West Carteret Patriots by the margin of a single free throw, 64-63. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-59 last Monday.

White Oak's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Camron Myers led the charge by going 8 of 10 on his way to 21 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Those three steals gave Myers a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Trevor Highsmith, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 13 boards.
