Basketball Game Preview: Bravo Knights vs. Lincoln Tigers

Bravo is on a five-game streak of home losses, Lincoln a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Wednesday. The Bravo Knights will welcome the Lincoln Tigers at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Bravo is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were dealt a 95-62 loss at the hands of Marshall on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1275th, while the Barristers are ranked 492nd).

Despite the defeat, Bravo saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Julian Ojeda posted 16 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Adrian Arriaga, who had nine points.

Even though they lost, Bravo was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Lincoln took a blow against Eagle Rock on Friday, falling 88-32.

Bravo's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.
