Softball Recap: West Fork Comes Up Short

West Fork lost against Dayton back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Fork Gators fell 6-1 to the Dayton Broncos. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Fork saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Felicity Acosta, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

West Fork now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Dayton, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-7.

Coincidentally, West Fork and Dayton will both be playing Porter the next time they take the field. West Fork will head out to face Porter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Dayton will host them at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th.
