Basketball Recap: Calera Takes a Loss

Calera lost against Madill back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Calera Bulldogs took a 67-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Madill Wildcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Calera's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Madill, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-13.

Calera will face off against Oktaha at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Oktaha will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Calera surely won't give up without a fight. Madill has already played their next matchup (against Ardmore), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
