Baseball Recap: Coeur D'alene Picks Up Seventh Straight Win at Home

Coeur d'Alene won the last time they faced Moscow and things went their way on Tuesday too. Coeur d'Alene's pitchers stepped up to hand Moscow a 4-0 shutout. The Vikings' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Kolbe Coey was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single hit in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
