Baseball Recap: Crescent City Comes Up Short

Crescent City lost against Interlachen back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Crescent City fell 9-4 to Interlachen. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Crescent City saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas Erkman, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI Erkman has posted since back in April of 2024.

Crescent City's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Interlachen, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-7.

Coming up, Crescent City is taking a road trip to challenge Warner Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Interlachen, they will challenge Crescent City at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
