Basketball Game Preview: Bryan County Redskins vs. Savannah Classical Academy Spartans

Having just played yesterday, the Bryan County Redskins will get right back to it and host the Savannah Classical Academy Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Bryan County is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest defeat since December 3, 2024 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 71-43 loss at the hands of McIntosh County Academy. The Redskins have struggled against the Buccaneers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Savannah Classical Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were dealt a 73-33 defeat at the hands of First Preparatory Christian Academy.

Bryan County's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6. As for Savannah Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.

Everything came up roses for Bryan County against Savannah Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2021, as the squad secured a 63-34 win.
