Westfield School had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They took down the Brookstone Cougars 39-25. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 39-32 back in January.

Despite the loss, Brookstone still got an impressive performance from Taylor Zwickey, who posted ten points and eight rebounds.

Westfield School pushed their record up to 14-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.7 points over those games. As for Brookstone, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.

Westfield School has already played their next matchup, a 56-32 defeat against St. Anne-Pacelli on the 7th. As for Brookstone, they will face off against Westfield School at 6:30 p.m. on February 13th.
