Soccer Recap: Louisville Comes Up Short

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Louisville was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They came up short against the Leake Central Gators, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Leake Central this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in December of 2025.

Louisville's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Leake Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Louisville has already played their next contest, a 5-1 win against Philadelphia on the 12th. As for Leake Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Forest on the 12th.
