Meanwhile, Carthage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Longview.
Spring Hill pushed their record up to 26-3 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Carthage, their loss dropped their record down to 16-11.
