Airport's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with a 74-62 win over the Ida Bluestreaks. Given the Jets' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 105th, while the Bluestreaks are ranked 236th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Airport is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points over those games. Ida has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season.

Airport will take on Flat Rock in a tournament on Friday. Ida does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
