Baseball Recap: Gladwin Comes Up Short

Gladwin lost to Bullock Creek back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Flying G's took a 13-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers. The Flying G's have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gladwin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Bullock Creek, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-5.

Coming up, Gladwin will venture away from home to challenge Gaylord at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Blue Devils' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Flying G's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bullock Creek, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 14-1 loss against Central on the 8th.
