Taylor Hays Delivers Best  Performance of Season
  Taylor Hays produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Basalt to the win  on Friday. Hays picked up 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 56 yards and two touchdowns. The  performance  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in August of 2023. His longest reception was for an incredible 71 yards.
 The  victory for Basalt keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Hays and Basalt are taking a road trip to  face off against Middle Park  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Will Tarallo and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
  Will Tarallo's big game helped extend Basalt's winning streak to seven on Friday. Tarallo was unstoppable, rushing for 86 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, while also picking up 36 receiving yards.
 This year,  Tarallo  has averaged 16.7 receiving yards per game.

Ty Reed Goes Supernova in Delta Victory
 Delta found a leader in  Ty Reed as the  squad took down Aspen on Friday. Reed was unstoppable, rushing for 41 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 136 yards and two touchdowns.
 Delta pushed their record up to 5-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. Reed and Delta will be playing at home against Moffat County  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Moffat County Gets a Boost from Hedman in  48-7  Defeat
 While  Zachary Hedman delivered a dominant  performance  on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Moffat County. Nobody could stop  Hedman as he rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown.
 Moffat County is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-5. Hedman's next  contest is against Delta on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid  effort.

Grayson Isenhart Turns in Another Game with at Least 13  Total Tackles
  Grayson Isenhart continued his hot streak  on Saturday by dropping his 16th-straight game (dating back to last season) with  at least 13  total tackles. He picked up  a  sack and made 16 total tackles (1.5 for loss) in addition to snagging   an  interception.
 Isenhart is probably looking forward to his next game, a  road matchup against Aspen on Friday. Back in September of 2023 (the last time  Isenhart saw the Skiers), he forced a fumble and made 20 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
