Football Game Preview: Rock Port vs. North Nodaway/West Nodaway

If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Rock Port. On Friday they take on North Nodaway/West Nodaway at 7:00 PM. Rock Port are cruising in on a 3-game winning streak while North Nodaway/West Nodaway are stumbling in off of 3 consecutive losses.

Rock Port were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Stewartsville/Osborn last Friday as they made off with a 54-32 win. Rock Port were putting the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season.

Meanwhile, North Nodaway/West Nodaway came up short against South Nodaway/Jefferson, falling 30-40.

Rock Port's victory lifted them to 3-0 while North Nodaway/West Nodaway's defeat dropped them down to 0-3. North Nodaway/West Nodaway's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Rock Port defensive front that amassed 5.0 sacks against Stewartsville/Osborn, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
