Soccer Game Preview: Evergreen vs. Fife

The Evergreen Wolverines will take on the Fife Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Evergreen is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Evergreen will bounce into Monday's match after beating Lindbergh, who they had gone 1-7-1 against in their nine prior meetings. Evergreen never let Lindbergh get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Friday.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Fife made sure to put some goals up on the board against Eatonville on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Cruisers with a sharp 5-1 win. Considering Fife's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Fife's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. As for Evergreen, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
