Basketball Recap: Gulf Shores Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Gulf Shores and McGill-Toolen squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Gulf Shores had to settle for second. They received a blow as they fell 53-38 to the McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets. The Dolphins' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Gulf Shores' loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for McGill-Toolen, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.
