Basketball Recap: Henry-Senachwine Comes Up Short

Henry-Senachwine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 43-37 heartbreaker at the hands of the Woodland Warriors. The Mallards were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Henry-Senachwine's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Woodland, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.

Henry-Senachwine won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Midland at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Woodland has already played their next game (against Marquette), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
