Baseball Recap: Northridge Raiders vs. Elkhart Lions
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Northridge had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Elkhart Lions, sneaking past 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Lions on May 3rd, they had to take a 8-4 defeat.

Braxton Nagy spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on four hits. Northridge is undefeated when Nagy allows one or fewer earned runs, but 10-12 otherwise.
