Baseball Recap: Inman Comes Up Short

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Inman was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Sedgwick Cardinals by a score of 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Teutons in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost eight in a row.

Inman's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Sedgwick, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-14.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Cardinals beat Inman by a score of 6-5 later that day.
