Softball Recap: Huntsville Hornets vs. Teague Lions
Huntsville entered their tilt with Teague on Friday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. Everything went their way against the Teague Lions as they made off with an 18-7 win. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Angelique Hernandez was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season. Valerie Martin was another key player, going 1-for-3 with five RBI, one triple, and one run.
