Helena entered their tilt with Russell on Tuesday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Rustlers by a score of 6-1. The Bengals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rustlers, too.

Faith Howard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Charlie Smith, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March. Heidi Ricketts was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Helena hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Russell struck out 13 times.
