Soccer Game Preview: Grace Christian vs. Lathrop

The Grace Christian Grizzlies will challenge the Lathrop Malemutes at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Grace Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Houston, who was ranked 14th at the time (Grace Christian was ranked 16th). The Grizzlies and the Hawks finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Lathrop narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past North Pole 3-2. Lathrop haven't had any issues with North Pole recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Lathrop hit North Pole with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Elijah Hoop, Keenan Long, and Jeremiah Barber.

Lathrop now has a winning record of 2-1. Grace Christian's draw makes their record 1-4-2 this season.
