Global Outreach Charter Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a blow against the Fernandina Beach Pirates, falling 33-0.

Global Outreach Charter Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fernandina Beach, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Global Outreach Charter Academy will take on Bishop Snyder at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Global Outreach Charter Academy has given up an average of 29.8 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Fernandina Beach, they will face off against Ribault at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
