Soccer Recap: George Washington Takes a Loss

George Washington came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Glass Hilltoppers, falling 10-0.

George Washington now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Glass, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

George Washington and Glass will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. George Washington will challenge rival Mecklenburg County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Glass is set to face off against their familiar foe Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
