Volleyball Game Preview: Olive Branch Conquistadors vs. Southaven Chargers

The Olive Branch Conquistadors will take on the Southaven Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Olive Branch is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since September 4th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Lake Cormorant.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-15.

Olive Branch's defeat came about despite a quality game from Katrina Shears, who had 18 digs and three aces. Shears is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Meanwhile, Southaven came up short against Hernando on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Olive Branch's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Southaven, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.
