Santa Fe Trail won the last time they faced Anderson County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chargers came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

While Santa Fe Trail won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23.

Quincy Cook paced Santa Fe Trail's offense, picking up 16 kills. Cook got some help from Trinity Fawl and her eight assists. Fawl was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Santa Fe Trail has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Anderson County, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Santa Fe Trail wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Burlingame on the 22nd. As for Anderson County, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against St. Mary's-Colgan on the 18th.
