Glastonbury got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Connor Finnerty out in front who threw for 156 yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 34 yards and one score. Those 34 rushing yards gave Finnerty a new career-high.

Glastonbury now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Danbury, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Glastonbury has already played their next matchup, a 28-27 defeat against Platt on the 4th. As for Danbury, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 52-14 win against Warde on the 3rd.
