Baseball Recap: King Takes a Loss

King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 14-0 to the Zapata Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-4 back in March.

King's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Zapata, their record now sits at 10-8.

Coincidentally, King and Zapata will both be playing Robstown the next time they take the field. The Brahmas will host the Cottonpickers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Hawks will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
