Soccer Recap: Sanderson Has No Trouble Against East Wake

Sanderson kept a clean sheet against East Wake on Thursday. Everything went their way against the East Wake Warriors as they made off with a 7-0 win. The Spartans' winning goal came courtesy of Lindsay Kinlaw.

Sanderson pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 23 goals over those three matches. As for East Wake, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sanderson will host Wake Forest at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Sanderson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.7 goals per game this season. As for East Wake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Johnston at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
