Softball Recap: David Anderson Comes Up Short

David Anderson lost against Columbiana last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Clippers, falling 12-1. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

David Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Columbiana, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

David Anderson will welcome Leetonia at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Blue Devils are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Columbiana, they are taking a road trip to square off against United at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Clippers surely won't give up without a fight.
