Lehighton came tearing into Saturday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.9 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 73-54 win over the Southern Lehigh Spartans. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 141st, while the Spartans are ranked 420th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
