Baseball Game Preview: Laker Lakers vs. Caro Tigers

Laker is 1-7 against Caro since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Lakers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Laker didn't have quite enough to beat Cass City and fell 4-3.

Meanwhile, Caro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of Almont.

Wyatt Waterman made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was his first of the season.

Laker's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Caro, their loss dropped their record down to 16-13-1.
