Union had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Cypress Christian Warriors.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Union got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 22-25, 15-7.

The win got Union back to even at 5-5. As for Cypress Christian, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-9.

Union has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bayside on the 29th. As for Cypress Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Seminole Ridge on the 29th.
