After losing to Ball the last time they met, Angleton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Angleton Wildcats snuck past the Ball Tornadoes with a 46-41 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Ball's loss came despite strong showings from Braeon Arceneaux and Kalyn Toussaint. Arceneaux posted 12 points in addition to seven steals and six boards, while Toussaint had 17 points. Toussaint's evening made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Angleton's win bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Ball, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Angleton will head out to square off against Santa Fe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Fe will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Angleton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ball, they will welcome Iowa Colony at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ball is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.3 points per game this season.
