Basketball Recap: Cuyahoga Falls Comes Up Short on the Road Against Woodridge

Cuyahoga Falls kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 49-35 bruising from the Woodridge Bulldogs. The Black Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

The victory got Woodridge back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cuyahoga Falls won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Norton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodridge, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against St. Vincent-St. Mary at 7:00 p.m.
