Basketball Recap: Aiden Spurrier's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Mckinney North over Mckinney Boyd

McKinney North lost against McKinney Boyd back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs took a 63-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos.

McKinney North's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aiden Spurrier, who shot 64% from the field to rack up 18 points. Another player making a difference was Preston Spolar, who went 6-for-9 en route to 13 points.

McKinney North's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for McKinney Boyd, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
