Columbus has gone 7-1 against New Hope recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Falcons will square off against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Columbus has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while New Hope will arrive with three straight victories.

Columbus is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Caledonia on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Falcons came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 34-14.

Meanwhile, New Hope didn't have too much trouble with Lafayette on Friday as they won 42-27.

New Hope's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Columbus couldn't quite finish off New Hope in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 and fell 27-25. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
