ThunderRidge's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Highlands Ranch Falcons 3-0. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Grizzlies as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

ThunderRidge never let Highlands Ranch on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 25-15.

Cowan Dohrman paced ThunderRidge's offense, picking up eight kills. Dohrman got some help from Aidan Edinger and his ten assists. Dohrman was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

ThunderRidge's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Highlands Ranch, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Coincidentally, ThunderRidge and Highlands Ranch will both be playing Mountain Vista the next time they take the court. ThunderRidge will head out to face Mountain Vista at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Highlands Ranch will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
