It was a good run, but East Chambers unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Warren Warriors by a score of 38-35. The Buccaneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

East Chambers' loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-6. As for Warren, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.

East Chambers and Hamshire-Fannett will round out the year against one another at at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Warren, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Deweyville at 11:00 a.m. on December 30th.
